"Our royal baby was born" Amy Schumer announces she has welcomed her first child, a son, with husband Chris Fischer

Amy Schumer is now a mother.

The 37-year-old comedienne and her husband Chris Fischer, whom she wed in 2018, welcomed their son on Sunday evening.

The actress took to Instagram on Monday to share a photo of her holding her baby boy while her husband planted a kiss on her cheek.

She captioned it: "10:55 pm last night. Our royal baby was born".

Amy's announcement comes just hours after Meghan Markle welcomed her son with Prince Harry. For months, Amy has joked about their close due dated.
